All of my bunnies are inside Rabbits and are Pine litter trained here is what I use and suggest to anyone considering a bunny.
Pine Bedding
I buy my pine litter at Tractor Supply however you can also buy you pine bedding at Wal-Mart or any other place that has pine shavings. Please Do not Use Redwood Pine Shavings because some bunnies do eat the bedding when you replace there old bedding. You need to change the bedding at least every 3 days for good hygiene for the bunny
Litter Pans
You can buy cat litter pans to put the pine bedding; I have found that the Dollar General is cheaper there only 3.00 there.
Water Bottles
Water Bottles come in 3 different sizes depending on the size of the bunny you can get a water bottle to fit them. The Sizes are 12oz., 18oz. and 32oz they clip on to the side of the cage.
Cages
Cages come in all sizes and shapes you need the cage to be big enough for the rabbit where they can move and stretch, I like to get the dog Medium 20" cages from Wal-Mart and also the ones at Trader Horn which they consider them to be Small cages which are cheaper than Walmarts, I like these cages because they have tray that you can place the litter pan on for easy cleaning and there big enough the rabbit can stand up and stretch its legs and be comfortable.
Feed Bowls
I have found that there are many different types of feed bowls for rabbits and it’s up to you what you want to spend for those bowls but I like to bird feeders that Wal-Mart sells they are secured to the cage and easy for the rabbit to eat out of. most rabbit are wasters because if the bowl isn't secured to the cage they will dump out the contents in the cage and will refuse to eat it, because sooner or later they will either poop or pee near or on the food without caring that its there.
Bunny Hygiene
Did You Know that you can bathe your bunny, you can by using your bathroom sink, baby shampoo and hand warm water being careful its not too warm and not to get the bunnies’ ears wet, also you can cut the bunnies nails with toenail clippers being careful not to cut too far back, if you cut too far back you can use septic powder or flour on the bleeding nail
Bunny first aide if your bunny ever gets a cut or nipped put Neosporin on it, if the cut or open area looks deep seek veterinary help immediately, for the bunnies’ safety
Feeding Your New BunnyThe Do’s and Don’ts of feeding your new bunny;
There’s a Variety of Feed for your bunny these are just a few: Blue Seal Show Hutch, Producers Pride, Manna Pro, Calf Manna
Feed the bunny Fresh Lettuce, Carrots, and Celery, its always a good idea to have Timothy Hay for good digestion, Fresh water daily, and food pellets some bunnies like the taste of dog food small bite sized for there teeth also you can give them a piece of pine to chew on to keep there teeth from getting too long.
I Feed Manna Pro and Manna Pro Sho from Tractor Supply.
Never feed the bunny: Cabbage, Radishes, or anything that may cause gas, bunnies do not have any place to relieve gas this will most likely kill the bunny also do not give ice water or cold water use room temperature water, never leave your bunny in extreme cold or heat this will result in death
